I've just finished school, but I'm still not sure what I want to do. Can you help me?

EDN | Midwest offer personalised career guidance through our trained staff and even a one on one session with a guidance counsellor. This will help you to develop an action plan to implement and make your way to further study or employment.

I saw an advertised job that might be for me. How do I apply for it?

We have fully trained and capable staff and assistance from some great computer programmes to make your application a stand out.

I'll be deferring my university studies for a year so I can work and save some money. Can you still help me to increase my chances at gaining employment?

We certainly can. EDN | Midwest can read and offer to make changes to your resume as well as giving you tips on acquiring the right type of work for you.

I want to do some work experience to improve my chances of getting a job, apprenticeship or traineeship. What help is available?

Through EDN | Midwest, we offer cover with insurance and a $25 rebate that may be accessible to subsidise some of the costs from starting work experience. We can also supply a Employer feedback form so that you can get feedback on your performance in the workplace for future reference.

I'm going to uni and my parents and I are a bit worried about what's going to happen. Can you help us?

The move from School to University is always difficult, which is compounded by the fact that you are moving from a regional area to the city in order to study. EDN | Midwest offers a workshop that deals with the process of moving from school to work as well as what the children and their parents should expect.

I have absolutely no clue what to do at all. Can you Help me?

If you have absolutely no idea what to do, we have a Career Builder program that assists not only youth, but older people to realize or work out a small number of career or work paths that they would like to try. You don't always have to know what you want to do in life, but it is always good to give yourself a few options while also having specific choices that you can make.

How can I find out about different career and study paths?

We can help you find a pathway. Whether it's moving from school to University or from employment into further study, EDN | Midwest can help you find the process and to take the steps that you need to to get where you want to be.
